History of Belleza

Regina Zaouk founded Belleza Salon & Spa in 1993 with two stylists and the desire to create a team of salon and spa professionals that was dedicated to self-development, career growth and enrichment of the community. Her dream was of a salon that not only had the latest in cutting edge, high-end services and treatments, but that also had an inviting, friendly atmosphere where anyone could relax.

Marwan Zaouk came to Belleza in 1997. Seeing the vast potential in the salon, he created the main functioning business systems to operate what was already a rapidly growing company.

With Regina’s creative and educational vision and Marwan’s Business savvy, Belleza has since grown to include over 100 employees in three locations, as well as, a corporate office and training facility. Education has remained at the forefront of the Belleza philosophy. Thanks to Regina’s commitment to training, the salon’s in-house education academy now has a team of master educators who are committed to providing the Belleza staff with the best continuing education in the industry.
